Our infrastructure provides a defined pathway for Item File Cleaning workflow.
Your Information is secure and self contained. Unlike other Item File Cleaning services out there, OIFM does not share your information with Manufacturers or GPOs. You own your information.

Consistent Item Description creation every time. Once you set your attribute format, users follow the format and the Item File Assistant software does the rest.
In addition to the clean description, the Item File Assistant then provides a short description which may also be used for the Chargemaster.
Strategically uses your Vendor and Manufacturer Files to help you clean the Vendor and
Manufacturer Field.

PO Activity/Item File Reconciliation. Able to scan your PO Activity and report all Off Item purchases for that PO time period as well as report which records in the Item File are Inactive. If the user chooses to do so, they can export Off Item items and investigate further and/or simply clean them and designate them to be added to the Item File.
