DLG professionals will work with your team from Day 1 as soon as the decision has been made to work with the Office of Value Analysis. DLG understands that both Implementation and Training Services are essential to the successful utilization of the VAMS® product. So, we have taken the time to ensure that our support services are of the highest quality.

	Implementation. Because VAMS® is an OnDemand Solution, there is no software implementation required by your IT Department. DLG will work with your team to set-up your account and specific structure (department names, resources, etc...) so that you can hit the ground running from Day 1.
	Training. DLG professionals are ready and available to meet your training needs. DLG offers both on-line learning as well as on-site learning programs.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
DLG offers experienced Value Analysis Project Management Professionals that can work with your Value Analysis Team and help your organization manage its initiatives successfully through the Value Analysis Workflow. This service is optional and can be purchased on a month to month basis.
